Return/Refund is not a policy, in case product received by you is damaged or different from the one you have ordered then we will happily change it for you. In case the customer wishes to change the piece (you don’t get what you expected) then the shipping for the exchange part will be borne by the customer. Refund only in case we do not have the piece you ordered and if we fail to provide you a substitute. Any issue regarding the quality of the product should be raised within 24 hours of delivery, after that the store has no responsibility of the product. In case of damage of the product in long term use the store would be happy to repair it for you, the shipping charges would be borne by the customer for the same.
